Commissions anyone?
So you want to commission us with some work?
Here's how it works:
First you contact us through our e-mail: studio.colrouphobia@gmail.com
Then we discuss what it is YOU need, how much time you need spent on it
and the specifications in detail.
We charge on an hourly rate; we set a time frame based on the
consultation with you and if you agree to the estimate, we will then
charge for that time. We will tell you the number of hours of work
necessary as well as when we can deliver the finished product.
Typically, we require approximately a week and a half for every 5-10
working hours on the commission, though depending on circumstances we
may have some flexibility. On occasion, we have decided to work longer
on commissions due to our own artistic interest and in similar cases we
will donate the extra working time free of charge.
Once we have worked out the details, we will produce a number of
preliminairy sketches. When you have seen these sketches, and okay'ed
one (or more) of them, we will charge 20% of the payment for the
commission. Once the Commission is finished, remainder of the fee will
be charged and you will be delivered a brand-spanking-new piece of
artwork of which you have full ownership.

Practicalities about your piece of art
- Digital Dropbox For those clients who wish to get regular updates in larger size files, Studio Colrouphobia uses a digital dropbox system just for those purposes.
- 20 dollar masterpieces Not everyone can, or is willing to spend funds on a larger piece of art. That should not hold one back from ordering a commissioning. The 20 dollar masterpiece project serves just that purpose. 20 dollars will give you a smaller size commission. The measurements are set (in cm 10,5 x 29 or for the non metric folks in inches 4,1 x 11,69) and the only thing left for you to do is to pick the subject.
